Priced at $12 per pound of hanging weight. With an estimated hanging weight of 720 to 905 lbs, expect a total of $8,640 to $10,860. A deposit secures your reservation and the balance is collected after processing confirms the final hanging weight.
Approximately 720 to 905 lbs hanging weight, yielding roughly 400 to 560 lbs of take-home cuts after processing (55% to 62% yield). Actual yield depends on your cut sheet selections, with bone-in choices producing higher total weight.
Every primal cut from a single Akaushi: 10 to 14 ribeyes, 10 to 14 strips or T-bones, 6 to 10 filets, sirloin steaks, briskets, chuck roasts, short ribs, skirt and flank steaks, plus 80 to 150 lbs of ground beef. A fully custom cut sheet and DNA certificate of authenticity are included. Whole share exclusive: all soup and marrow bones, tongue, heart, oxtail, cheeks, and head for barbacoa.
Vacuum-sealed, cold-shipped to all 50 states. Fresh-processed and never warehouse-frozen. Estimated 150 to 250 packages total. You will need approximately 16 to 20 cubic feet of freezer space (a large chest freezer).
From reservation to delivery depends on the current harvest cycle. Typically 2 to 6 months from deposit. We will keep you updated at every stage and notify you before your cut sheet is due.

Priced at $14 per pound of hanging weight. With an estimated hanging weight of 360 to 452 lbs, expect a total of $5,040 to $6,328. A deposit secures your reservation and the balance is collected after processing confirms the final hanging weight.
Approximately 360 to 452 lbs hanging weight, yielding roughly 200 to 280 lbs of take-home cuts after processing (55% to 62% yield). You still receive a full range of premium cuts from one side, just in smaller quantities.
A full selection of cuts from one side: 5 to 7 ribeyes, 5 to 7 strips or T-bones, 3 to 5 filets, sirloin steaks, 1 brisket, chuck roasts, short ribs, skirt and flank steak, plus 40 to 75 lbs of ground beef. Fully independent cut sheet and DNA certificate. Note: single-per-steer items like tongue, heart, and head are whole share exclusive.
Vacuum-sealed, cold-shipped to all 50 states. Fresh-processed and never warehouse-frozen. Estimated 75 to 125 packages total. You will need approximately 8 to 10 cubic feet of freezer space (a medium chest freezer).
Same timeline as a whole share: typically 2 to 6 months from deposit to delivery depending on the harvest cycle. Your cut sheet is fully independent from the other half-share buyer.
