Flavor First, Always

The Top Sirloin

Top Sirloin is the everyday hero of the steak world. Cut from the upper section of the sirloin primal, it delivers bold beef flavor with a leaner profile and satisfying chew. It is versatile, consistent, and perfect for grilling, broiling, or slicing thin for stir-fry and fajitas. With just the right balance of tenderness and texture, the Top Sirloin holds its own at any table.

What You’ll Get

Each quarter share includes around 5 to 7 lbs of Top Sirloin, usually portioned into thick steaks. A half cow brings 10 to 15 lbs, giving you plenty of weekday meals and grilling options. A full share offers 20 to 30 lbs of this go-to cut, great for quick sears, marinades, and slicing over salad or rice. It cooks beautifully on the grill, in a cast iron pan, or under high heat in the oven.

Why It Matters

Top Sirloin is reliable, flavorful, and built for flexibility. It offers a steakhouse experience without the price tag of more marbled cuts. Whether you are meal prepping, entertaining, or just making dinner for two, this cut brings real beef flavor to the forefront. It is a staple for good reason — humble, hearty, and always ready to deliver.
