What You’ll Get
Each quarter share includes about 2.5 to 3.5 lbs of Brisket. A half cow brings 5 to 7 lbs, enough for a full brisket cook or several small batches. A full share offers 10 to 14 lbs, perfect for smoking whole, slicing for sandwiches, or shredding for tacos. This cut is made for long cooks — in the smoker, the oven, or the slow cooker.

Half Cow
