Our Italian Sausage begins with 100% Akaushi Wagyu—prized for its fine-grained
marbling and rich flavor profile. To this foundation, we add a robust blend of
classic Italian seasonings: toasted fennel, garlic, chili flake, oregano, and black pepper.
The result is a perfectly balanced link—naturally encased, smoked over Texas mesquite, and
crafted to bring bold Mediterranean character to a truly luxurious cut of beef.
